·      Which policies and leading practices must be enforced?
·      Where should work be centralized, digitized, or automated?
·      How should suppliers be onboarded and enabled?
·      How should payment strategy support working capital, cost, and risk objectives?
·      How should Finance, Supply Chain, and IT align around the same outcomes?

Technology should enable the strategy - It should not replace it.
